Virtual NCPA/RxOwnership Student Ownership Boot Camp

The NCPA/RxOwnership Student Ownership Boot Camp sponsored by McKesson provides you eight hours of ownership expertise from financiers, CPAs, business coaches and former pharmacy owners, not to mention countless networking opportunities with students, pharmacists, and business leaders from across the country. If you are interested in attending the Jan. 23, 2021 Virtual Student Ownership Boot Camp, check out our website for details and registration information. Email Carlie Traylor with any questions.

Virtual NCPA Pharmacy Ownership Workshop student scholarships

Have you already attended a Student Ownership Boot Camp or just want to go deeper into ownership? The NCPA Foundation and Pharmacists Mutual provide a limited number of student scholarships for the Pharmacy Ownership Workshop sponsored by McKesson and in part by Live Oak Bank and Pharmacists Mutual Companies. This is a soup-to-nuts crash course on pharmacy ownership, whether you're interested in starting from the ground up, purchasing an existing store, or have your sight set on becoming a multi-store owner. If you are interested in attending the Jan. 30-31, 2021 Virtual Pharmacy Ownership Workshop, apply now for a scholarship. The deadline for scholarship application submissions is January 5 so if you aren't able to apply this time keep checking for new dates online and scholarship announcements in future newsletters.

Please email or call 703-838-2653 with questions.

NCPA Innovation in Community Practice Posters

The submissions to NCPA Innovation Center's Innovation in Community Practice Posters showcase students, residents, pharmacists and independent community pharmacies who are developing community practice solutions in health care through innovative ideas and research. Please view these posters to engage in peer-to-peer learning about new opportunities to continue to move community practice forward.

Please, email Erin Selby for more information.

DKMS-Bone Marrow Drive

The NCPA Foundation has partnered with DKMS, the world's largest and most experienced bone marrow donor center, to work to increase the pool of bone marrow donors. Donors help save thousands of lives affected by blood cancers, like leukemia and lymphoma, every year. You can help!
